Kirkland & Ellis just signed a lease for 115,000 square feet (that’s more than two football fields!).
They’re joining fellow legal powerhouses Sidley Austin (60,000 sq. ft.), Winston & Strawn, and Baker McKenzie in the still-under-construction building.
And it’s not only law firms taking space there; it’s also Citadel (90,000 sq. ft.), Microsoft, and Thomas Bravo.
Now they just have to convince their attorneys to work from the office.
